The 24/7 CWFS is a cost effective and energy efficient technology that can reclaim process water and render it bacteriologically safe.  This is accomplished by removing the water from bacterial contaminants that are larger than 0.2 micron — including E.coli, Shigella, Salmonella, and Coliform — while simultaneously isolating and removing those, and other, contaminants from the food processing environment.
